Welcome Back!

Dear Peabody Public Schools Families,

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones enjoying a beautiful summer with time for rest,
rejuvenation, and adventure. As we look toward a positive and productive school year, we wanted to take a moment to provide you with some essential information that will help us get off to a smooth start. Please carefully review the following information:

• The first day of school for Grades 1-12 students will be Wednesday, September 4th.
• The first day for PreK and Kindergarten students will be Monday, September 9th.
• Free Breakfast will be available for all students. Doors will open at the following times:
  • PVMHS at 7am
  • Higgins Middle School at 7:45am
  • Elementary Schools at 8:35am
• Lunch will continue to be served at no cost to all students.
• Bus routes are available on the Peabody Public Schools website: Bus Routes.
• New chromebooks will be provided for students entering Kindergarten, Grades 3, 6, and 9, as well as
  students new to the school district. The chromebooks will be distributed directly to students during the
  first few days of school. All other students will continue to use their current chromebook. Detailed
  information in regards to technology insurance will be provided in early October.
