The Turco Legal Pedestrian Safety Program Halloween Program

The Turco Law Offices have kindly sponsored all Welch School Kindergartners in The Pedestrian Safety Program Halloween Program.  This program is designed to make outdoor family fun safer, particularly on Halloween, when children are out after dark. As part of the program, we’ll review safety tips with your children on Thursday, October 31 st and give each kindergarten student a flashing safety light to wear over their costume or hang from their candy bag when trick-or-treating.
