Open House September 24, 2018

Dear Brown Families,

One of the best ways we have to communicate with parents about curriculum and our

academic expectations is through our Open Houses, which will be held September 24, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM.  Open House is a time for parents to meet with their child’s teacher(s) and learn more about our curriculum, grade level expectations, and your child’s academic day.  This is a parent/guardian evening – please refrain from bringing children to the open house presentations.

The grade level meeting times have two sessions so that parents and guardians may attend more than one grade level presentation. We do ask that families try to be on time to help us stay on schedule. Parents are also invited to visit the learning centers, speech and language classroom, guidance office, gymnasium, library, art and music rooms.

Please see the schedule below- please note that we have scheduled a brief

meeting with families to allow us to introduce ourselves, the Brown School Staff, and the PTO.

6:00-6:10 Arrival (Purchase pencils and flu shots available)

6:10-6:40 Principals’ Welcome in cafeteria

6:45-7:15 Session 1 in each classrooms

7:20-7:50 Session 2 in each classrooms

7:50-8:00 Closing (Purchase pencils and flu shots available)
