Fall 2018 Sports Try-Out Information & Dates

• All student-athletes must register on-line to be eligible to participate www.familyid.com/peabody-public-schools-athletics

• • • On-Line Registration for Fall Sports begins on June 12^th, 2018
    • Copy of a valid physical must be turned in no later August 10^th to the trainer/athletic office.                                                            (Please make sure Sport Name is written)

Tryout Dates/Times

REMEMBER! No Physical – No On-line Registration NO PLAY! Athlete’s are responsible for their own physicals.
