GREAT NEWS! The Welch School has been approved to implement the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2018-2019 School Year. (Section 104a of the Healthy, Hungry Free Kids Act of 2010).  Schools that participate in the CEP are required to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches each day at NO charge for ALL students.
