Annie I. McCarthy Scholarship 

The Annie I. McCarthy Scholarship Committee at the Captain Samuel Brown School is pleased to announce the opportunity for two (2) $500 scholarships. Applicants must have graduated from the Samuel Brown School and have completed their first year of college. Students wishing to be considered should complete the application form and return it to the address below along with the following materials:

• Academic grade reports or transcripts from your college 
• Most recent financial statement from your college 

Winners of the scholarship will receive their awards at the Fifth Grade Moving-On Ceremony to be held in June. A letter will be sent to each winner with the date and details of the ceremony.

 Application and required materials should be returned by May 14, 2020 to:
