The mobile vaccination van from North Shore Medical Center will be at the School Administration building (27 Lowell St Peabody) on Wednesday Dec 22 from 3 – 7 pm to offer free COVID vaccine (Pfizer) (boosters and 1st/2nd doses, including pediatric doses) on a walk-up basis. Anyone 5 years or older is eligible to attend.
Students who received first doses in school at the Carroll, Welch and Center Schools on November 30 and December 1 are eligible to receive their second doses at that clinic, if parents prefer not to wait until the in-school second dose clinics on January 4 and 5. If any parents do choose to attend the mobile clinic, please ask them to bring the student vaccination card with them. Students who received in-school first doses at the other elementary schools or later than Dec 1 are not yet eligible for their second dose.
Thank you.
